Domino’s Pizza Nigeria, the market leader in the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) sector, says it has partnered with 9mobile to launch its new call centre to provide excellent service delivery.

The Chief Executive Officer of Eat’N’Go Africa, Patrick McMichael made this known in a statement on Wednesday.

He said that the innovative approach by Domino’s Pizza Nigeria was part of the brand’s promise to make customer satisfaction top priority.

McMichael said the launch of the call centre provided a standardised and efficient process for the brand in shortening the lead times as well as the customer’s purchase journey.

“Embedded in the call centre will be a customer contact centre to assist customers with any inquiries regarding their purchase.

“As an organisation, Eat’N’Go is committed to always being at the forefront of customer satisfaction and by adapting to innovative ways to keep improving on our service delivery which the call centre avails us, “McMichael said.

On the collaboration with 9mobile, McMichael said: ” The partnership with 9mobile will revolutionise the food delivery service in Nigeria.

He noted that 9mobile would give them the opportunity to be easily accessible to customers and also provide more channels of communication to their customers.

The Chief Executive Officer of 9mobile, Mr Juergen Peschel said that ” Eat’N’Go Africa was one of their key enterprise customers.

He said: “We are truly delighted to be part of this innovative approach in excellent customer service delivery as it aligns with our brand attributes which is encapsulated in three keyways, quality of service, innovation and customer experience.”

Peschel said that the partnership further showed the extent to which technology could be deployed to ease the way business was done.

“As an innovative company, we are pleased to provide our support to your organisation as a lot of what we will be doing will ride on quality telecom technology that will help you scale, “he said.

He explained that the partnership was not a one off, as both brands had always collaborated in delighting their customers.

Peschel said that at the beginning of the year,  they had partnered on the Domino Pizza Buy and Win Campaign which was quite successful.

He said  the call centre service was currently active in all Domino’s branches in Lagos, with plans underway to activate in other locations in Nigeria and would be providing multi-lingual services.

“Also, this technological innovation serves as contributor to the growth of the Nigerian economy with creation of more job opportunities across the country for Nigerians, ” he said.
