Destiny Etiko, a Nollywood actress, was claimed to have died by many bloggers, while others claimed she was still alive and well.
Nollywood buffs, particularly fans of actress Destiny Etiko were stunned on Wednesday after a report claimed that the sultry thespian was dead.
However, some sources revealed that the actress is still alive.

Who is Destiny Etiko?Â
Destiny Etiko was born on 12 August 1989 and is from Enugu state. Etiko received both her primary and secondary school education in Enugu State and afterwards, studied Theater Arts in Nnamdi Azikiwe University in Anambra. She is a Nigerian actress who won the City People Movie Award for the most Promising Actress (English) at the City People Entertainment Awards in 2016.
Etiko’s career received prominence after she featured in a movie titled Idemili which was produced in 2012 by Ernest Obi but was not released until 2014. Her role in the movie earned her the City People award.Â
Destiny Etiko is a married woman, however, she has never been spotted with her husband as of now. She is focusing on her acting career and is happy with her family including her mother and her daughter named Chinenye Anibueze Eucharia

She was involved in an accident in which people speculated that she had died, which made her fans speculate if she is alive or dead and that sparked rumours. According to reports, Destiny Etiko was travelling with Kevin Uvo, a well-known movie producer, when their car collided with a bus. Etiko confirmed the news of her accident on her official Instagram account, thanking God for saving her life.

Before her role in the movie titled Idemili, Etiko had appeared in other movies although did not receive prominent roles in them. she ventured into the Nigerian movie industry in 2011 and described her experience as a difficult one because she had to combine her acting career with her school requirements as she was still a student at the time.
