Fatima Sa’id, popularly known as Bintu Dadin Kowa, is a well-known actress from the Northern Nigerian film Kannywood.

Dadin Kowa was born in 1999. She originates from Gunduwawa, Ungogo local government area of Kano state.
Bintu Dadin Kowa began acting after visiting a movie set to see how movies are shot.
Fatima had a constant struggle with her parents when she decided to pursue a profession in acting, as they weren’t in favor of it.
With time, she was able to persuade her parents to let her pursue her heart’s desire, after assuring them that she would do everything to safeguard their identities while simultaneously focusing on her job.
Dadin Kowa became interested in performing movies after witnessing how they were shot. Then she thought about giving it a shot, and later she became an actress in Kannywood.
The very first film she appeared in was ”BIL HAKKI,” which she saw at the location the same day she went to the filming spot.
Fatima Sa’id rose to prominence after acting in ”Dadin Kowa,” a renowned northern Nigerian film series aired on Arewa24 TV. She also received the title of ”Bintu” in the series ”Dadin Kowa.”
Aside from acting, she was also a saloonist, with a saloon where she provided various services such as hair styling, manicures, pedicures, Henna designs and more.
Bintu Dadin Kowa died on February 11, 2024, due to health concerns.
