Kano Pillars FC comes from behind and beats Enyimba Int’l FC by 2-1 on matchday 25 in the ongoing 2020/2021 NPFL season.

Enyimba Int’l FC takes the lead in the seven minutes of the game through its player Mboma with a heading inside the Yard box after he received a pass from Bilal.

The first half of the game ends 0-1 in favour of the visiting team (Enyimba Int’l Fc).

Captain Rabi’u Ali revived the hope of sai masu gida at 52 minutes of play through a penalty kick after Enyimba Int’l Fc defender pulled down Kokoette Udoh inside the box.

Ifeanyi Eze who came from the bench complete the job by scoring the winning goal at 75 minutes of play with an assist from Nwagua Nyima.

With this development now Kano Pillars Fc is on top of the table with 48 points in twenty-five matches they played so far.

In his post-match interview, Kano Pillars FC Acting Technical Adviser Ibrahim A. Musa thump up his players and thanked Almighty Allah for the victory.

Coach Ibrahim described the game as the toppest match they played in the season and expressed confidence that his players would write their names in Gold at the end of the season.

“Kano Pillars Fc and Enyimba Int’l Fc match is always difficult but thanked God today is our day and with this, we played ten matches unbeaten this season”, Coach said.

On his part captain of the side, Rabi’u Ali aka Pele reaffirmed that they would not relent their efforts until they achieve their target by winning the league to the government and good people of Kano state.

He thanked the government of Kano state, management of the club, and entire fans for their moral and spiritual support to the team all the time.

The sai masu gida would be the quest of Rivers United Fc on Wednesday in matchday twenty-six in Portharcourt the capital city of Rivers State.
