We are all aware that stakeholders management is not PDP strong forte, but the party has lost too much recent.

Several bigwigs have left its fold, further narrowing down the chances of stagging a come back in 2023 to be very slim or almost impossible.

As fake as the rumour sounds, should Sen. Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso eventually decide to leave the party for another platform, it would be the final nail on its coffin.

Both Amb. Wali and Sen. Gwarzo are lightweight, and combined, can’t produce more than 50k votes in a general election.

Agreed, such a dramatic move may not be a smooth sail for Kwankwaso too. The road appears to be rough and flooded with potential dynamites.

However, what will always insulate him from shocks is his massive fanatical support base.

I don’t see any colourful politician around to match his public acceptability and durability.

Should he formed a new party, it would instantly assume a cult status of NEPU of yore.

Although it’s ordinarily a symbiosis, it’s PDP that desperately needs Kwankwaso now.

Time will tell.
