Kotu ta dage shari’ar ma’aikatan Binance a Najeriya

Wata babbar kotu a Abuja, babban birnin Najeriya ta ɗage sauraron ƙarar halasta kuɗin haram da aka shigar kan ma’aikatan kamfanin hada-hadar kuɗin kirifto – Binance zuwa ranar 17 ga watan Mayu.

An tsara ci gaba da zaman shari’ar yau Alhamis sai dai a yanzu, an jinkirta.

Hukumar EFCC mai yaƙi da masu yi wa arzikin ƙasa ta’annati na zargin kamfanin na Binance da ma’aikatansa biyu, Tigran Gambarayan da Nadeem Anjarwalla da laifin halasta kuɗin haram da ya kai dala miliyan 35.4.

Lauyan Gambarayan ya shaida wa kotu cewa ba a bai wa wanda yake karewa takardun kotu ba, don haka ya roƙi kotu ta jinkirta ƙarar.

Ita ma hukumar tattara haraji ta Najeriya tana tuhumar Binance da ma’aikatan nasa da laifuka biyar da suka shafi kauce wa biyan haraji.

Tigran Gambarayan, wanda ɗan Amurka ne, ya musanta zargin tuhume-tuhumen da ake yi masa yayin da har yanzu ake neman abokin aikinsa Nadeem Anjarwalla ruwa a jallo bayan ya tsere daga gidan gyaran hali a watan Maris.

Gambarayan, mai shekara 39 zai ci gaba da zama a tsare har sai ranar 17 ga watan Mayu da za a ci gaba da zaman shari’ar.
