The housewife according to the prosecutor, Olayiwola Rasaq fought with her landlord, Mukaila Kazeem, when he asked her to reduce the volume on the radio she was playing in her apartment, Daily Post reports.

The accused person committed the offence on May 27, 2021 around 6:30 am at Ago-Ayo area in Osogbo.

According to the prosecutor, the landlord complained that the sound of the music was too loud and disturbing others.
