Having gone under the knife to heal a knee injury in January, Philippe Coutinho reappeared at the Ciudad Deportiva Joan Gamper for training with Barcelona on Monday.
The former Liverpool man did some running, fitness work and some drills on the ball as he regains fitness to be ready for the start of the season.
It is not yet clear if Ronald Koeman will count on Countinho’s services as the club look to cash in and cut their wage bill.

The Brazilian was joined by his compatriot, Emerson, who took part in his first session with the club after undergoing a medical.
The new arrival from Real Betis was then presented at Camp Nou on Monday evening. Sergio Aguero was also present as he worked on an individual training regime. [FCB]
