It’s vividly clear to all the people of Kano State and Nigeria at large, the State witnessed years of peaceful coexistence from the inception of Ganduje as the elected Governor of the State.

History cannot forget how he spends time bringing out strategies for the peace to reign, as the lives and properties of the residents are fully protected.

As the governor’s attention is drawn, when some miscreant criminals attempted to start their activities, the Governor quickly averted their intention by alerting the security networks to overcome the menace.

Besides, Dr Ganduje is the only northern governor who paid a courtesy visit to Security Chiefs to secure his State from the activities of bandits and other Groups that will cause a nuisance to the State.

In his visit to the Naval Headquarters Abuja, early June, the Gentleman of Kano requested the support of Chief of Naval Staff Rear Admiral Awwal Zubairu Gambo, which he promised to form a committee that will assess the type of facilities needed in Kano, to give out their quota towards complementing other security efforts in sustaining peace.

Rear Admiral Zubairu Gambo assured the Governor that his Naval Special Forces could work in any terrain. Their presence will support the economic activities of the State as the Center of Commerce.

To also indicate how impressive the State is due to the excellent synergy between security agencies in the state, Ganduje said he has full cooperation and support from all the security agencies, as it’s the reason behind sending away criminals from Falgore forest.

Many public commentators link the peaceful coexistence in Kano with the effort of the Governor, which made the State better for all.

The same thing happened when the Kano State Governor, Dr Ganduje, visited the defence headquarters. He says the State will continue to strengthen ongoing efforts to tackle the activities of bandits.

In addition, last month, the Nigerian Navy hosted a career talk in Kano to prepare the minds of youth in the State to join the Naval Service.

The career talk was part of efforts to bridge the gap by ensuring that Kano citizens meet up with the spelt out during the military intake.

This was part of the Nigerian Navy annual national conference in August, in which 100 hectares of land were allocated to them for the establishment of their base.

This is in line with Dr Ganduje plan to maintain the peaceful coexistence Kano has been enjoying over the years.
