Nigerian Custom Service Kano Jigawa Command appealed to the people to disregard any information on the social media handles that is not from verified sources.

Command Public Relations Officer Lukman Abdullahi Lagos stated this in an interview with Daily News reporter Umar Idris Shuaibu.

Lukman Abdullahi Lagos said people should be vigilant and verify such information of replacement into the Nigerian Customs Service, auctioning of goods, food items and the rest.

He added that Nigerian Custom Service have their genuine website www.custom.gov.ng, or visit any command public relations office to verify.

“Even if you see that simply come down to us to get genuine information anytime, our doors are open and accommodate any kind of question that why we’re here, don’t allow ourselves to fall into the hands of such people.

“Nigerian Custom Service don’t transact with the private account, people should be very vigilant especially during ember months”, Lukman Abdullahi Lagos.
