Armed Bandits have razed down Sabon Kaura village in Atyap Chiefdom, Zangon Kataf local government area of Kaduna state on Tuesday night.

Four locals were feared dead during the night attack.

One of the locals said: “virtually all the houses in the village were completely burnt by the attackers.”

“The suspected Fulani militias came in their hundreds and carried out their plan.

“For now four persons have been confirmed killed while many are missing. I cannot confirm those injured.” He said.

“The entire village is in total confusion of what happened, there were only 5 security personnel present when the attackers invaded the area and, therefore, they could not be able to contain them,” he alleged.

The State Police Public Relations Officer (PPRO), ASP Mohammed Jalige when contacted said he is waiting for details from the Kafanchan Area Command.
