Kano State gubernatorial candidate under the People’s Redemption Party (PRP) Salihu Tanko Yakasai is set to unveil his manifesto and campaign website this weekend.

This is contained in a statement signed by the Spokesperson of the gubernatorial candidate, Suhaib Auwal Gwagwarwa.

The event scheduled to hold on Saturday, 5th November 2022 at the Avenue Event Center, Opposite Daula Hotel, would serve as a flag for the PRP gubernatorial campaign.

The well-documented manifesto contained what Salihu Tanko Yakasai plans for Kano, if the latter becomes Kano State governor in 2023.

According to the statement, “We are going to unveil our manifesto and website to make our campaign activities known worldwide, and to reaffirm our zeal and determination to transform Kano to a digital city.”

Adding that “Our manifesto would be uploaded to the website, so that people can access from anywhere and have first information on what we intend to do for the betterment of our dear state.

“Our website would serve as an interaction avenue between the gubernatorial candidate, his campaign council and teeming supporters across the world, as well as a link to register as a volunteer. While it remains as genuine source of reliable news for our activities.”

The PRP gubernatorial candidate urges other contestants to come up with their manifesto so that 2023 campaign would be an issue-based campaign.
