The Blaugrana will be without Busquets’ services for the first time since 2008.
However, Amrabat has been a key first-team starter for Fiorentina since arriving from Club Brugge for an initial €19.5 million in 2020.
So far, the 26-year-old has helped his club reach the 2022-2023 Coppa Italia and UEFA Europa Conference League finals.
Amrabat has registered a goal and an assist in 107 appearances across all competitions for Fiorentina.
According to MARCA, the Morocco international, who is in the final 12 months of his deal with Fiorentina, is believed to have a €60million release clause in his contract, with La Viola willing to sell their player for just €20 million.
