The Governor Of Kano State, Dr.Abdullahi Umar Ganduje has expressed sadness over the death of a staunch member of the All Progressives Congress (APC) Ahmed Abdullahi popularly known as Shekaran Gwammaja who died recently.
The Governor represented by his Deputy Dr.Nasiru Yusuf Gawuna while condoling the family of the deceased at their Gwammaja Quarters residence said…”It is with grief that we received the news of the death of Shekaran Gwammaja.”
“He is among that galaxy of brilliant youths who have committed themselves towards enlightening the public in the media about the manifesto of the APC and the laudable policies and programmes of the Kano State Government. His death is a great loss to the Kano State and the APC, given his invaluable contributions to the cause of humanity Ganduje explained”.

The Governor further prayed may Almighty Allah bestow comfort and strength to the bereaved family to withstand the sorrow and also grant Jannatul Firdaus to the deceased.
The Governor also visited Koki quarters to condole the family of Alhaji Tijjani Sharubutu who died recently after a protracted illness.
He however prayed that Almighty Allah reposes his soul and gives the family the fortitude to bear the loss.
