In a heartwarming effort to bring relief to flood-stricken Maiduguri, Kwandala Foundation has successfully distributed essential aid to displaced families, addressing both immediate and long-term needs.

Led by renowned humanitarian Abdallah King Hussain, the medical team provided on-the-spot consultations, diagnosing ailments and offering free prescriptions. Additionally, flood victims received vital medications to ensure their health was not further compromised during this difficult period.
Kwandala Foundationโs relief efforts also included distributing food to hundreds of families. The much-loved local delicacy, gurasa, was a highlight, providing both comfort and sustenance. The food distribution, along with the donation of clothing items like shoes, shirts, and female wear, brought immediate support to families who had lost their possessions in the floods.
In a bid to boost local healthcare, the foundation also donated critical medical supplies to the Mala Kachallah Primary Health Care unit, including sanitary pads, diapers, and medicinesโessentials for maintaining hygiene and healthcare for vulnerable groups such as women, children, and the elderly.
