Engr. Muhammad Diggol has resigned from his position as the Commissioner for the Ministry of Project Monitoring and Evaluation in Kano State, with Governor Abba Kabir Yusuf accepting his resignation effective immediately.

The announcement was made on Sunday through a statement by the Governor’s spokesperson, Mr. Sanusi Bature Dawakin Tofa.

Engr. Diggol initially served as the Commissioner for Transportation at the start of Governor Yusuf’s administration in 2023 before being reassigned to the Ministry of Project Monitoring and Evaluation.

Governor Yusuf expressed gratitude for Engr. Diggol’s dedication, hard work, and contributions to the state during his tenure. “We appreciate his unwavering commitment to the state and its development goals and wish him success in his future endeavors,” the Governor stated.
