Bandits have attacked Nuhu Bamali Polytechnic situated along Kaduna-Zaria road in Kaduna state.
Confirming the attack, Kaduna State Commissioner for Internal Security and Home Affairs, Samuel Aruwan said, one student was killed and at least eight students and two staff members were abducted.
The bandits broke into the polytechnic around 10pm Thursday night and started shooting sporadically.
