Abdullateef Abubakar Jos took to his verified Facebook page to offer prayers to God for granting him and his wife the opportunity to celebrate this moment.
According to the post, he got married on May 26th, 2001.

In one of the post, Abdullateef, on his social media handle, appreciated his wife for tolerating him for this past twenty years and taking care of the home front especially with the nature of his job that takes him away from home on many occasions.
‘’2 decades ago, I left bachelorhood, courtesy of this wonderful woman that tolerates me. Similarly, I am plus one today,’’ said one of the post.
Another of his post read,’’ Twenty years ago, she said yes I do. Thank you for taking care of the home front. Also adding another year today is a source of joy. I will always glorify the Almighty Allah. Alhamdulilah.’’
His other post read,’’ Today marks exactly two decades of my marriage to my wonderful wife and mother of my children. Also my birthday. I will always be grateful to God almighty. Alhamdulilah. I am plus one. HBD and wedding anniversary AAJ.’’
Also, his wife, Khadeejat, wrote on her Facebook page with an old picture, depicting the situation of the moment, ‘’Alhamdulillah to the master of all planners for his sufficient grace in my life & home. Without Allah, I’m nothing.
I appreciate all your favours, thanks for not forsaking us. I’ll forever be indebted to you my Rabb.
Our journey in the institution called marriage is 20 solid years today (26th May 2001).”
