The Kaduna State House Assembly has declared the seat of its Former Speaker, Aminu Abdullahi Shagali representing Sabon Gari Constituency Vacant.
It had also suspended four other members of the House for twelve months over alleged misconduct.
The lawmakers suspended are; Mukhatar Isa Hazo representing Basawa, Salisu Isa representing Magajin Gari and Nuhu Goro representing Kagarko, and Yusuf Liman representing Makera.
