Vice President Yemi Osinbajo on Saturday in Abuja, visited a hospital to seek medical attention for leg pain.
Laolu Akande, Senior Special Assistant to the President on Media and Publicity, Office of the vice president, disclosed this in a post on his verified Twitter handle.
Akande said the vice president had recurring leg pain probably sustained while playing squash.
“VP Osinbajo is in the hospital today for a surgical procedure on account of a recurrent pain in the leg possibly sustained from an injury while playing squash.
“His doctors will give an update of the treatment later today,” he said.
