An aircraft belonging to the Nigerian Air Force (NAF) has crashed in Kaduna State.

Even though details of the incident are still sketchy, sources said the pilot of the ill-fated aircraft was killed in the incident.

The crash occurred less than a year after top military officers, including General Ibrahim Attahiru, former Chief of Army Staff, died in a similar incident, Daily Trust reports.
