This will be the third consecutive year that Morocco hosts the prestigious event, following the success of last yearโ€™s ceremony. The vibrant city of Marrakech, known for its rich culture and thriving tourism, will once again be the center of African footballโ€™s grand celebration.

The awards will spotlight outstanding performances in club and national football, with the highly anticipated titles of African Player of the Year in both the menโ€™s and womenโ€™s categories set to headline the event.

Although the final list of nominees is yet to be announced, football stars such as Nigeriaโ€™s Ademola Lookman, Guineaโ€™s Serhou Guirassy, and Moroccoโ€™s Brahim Dรญaz are expected to be strong contenders. Nigerian striker Victor Osimhen and Asisat Oshoala, the reigning titleholders in the menโ€™s and womenโ€™s categories, will also look to defend their crowns.

Further details, including the official start time of the ceremony, will be announced by CAF soon.
