Kano based textile business mogul and President El-Samad Group of Companies Alhaji Sammani Adamu has revealed that Dangote Business School (DBS) of Bayero University Kano has provided efficient integrated solutions to business management strategy and human resource development.

The business icon made this known when he received his certificate from DBS after completing an intensive professional training programme in entrepreneurship. According to him, the school has provided an avenue to educate business people on modern processes of having and managing effective entrepreneurial capabilities of their investment to move with the modern business trend.

“This is an added value to those of us that are privileged to have attended this programme. Indeed what we have learnt will no doubt equip us with the technical know-how on integrated solutions to business management in conformity to modern ways of boosting our business activities for sustainability,” he said.

The president of El-Samad Group of Companies was among those that have successfully graduated from the DBS and have received their certificates after completion. El-Samad also called on the business community to challenge the business sector’s dynamic setting through continuous education and updating their academic status to fit- all business requirements.

“I want to call on the business community too, as a matter of utmost importance to take up the business challenges in regards to business sector dynamic nature. The world is changing, and we have to go by the trend to sustain our business status in the world business community,” he said.

He also called on the youths to be more productive, educative, and acquire skills that will make them self-reliant. He explained that time to wait for the nonexistent white-collar job has passed.

“Our youths should brace up and be educated as well as to acquire skills that will make them productive and not dependant,” he concluded.
