The demise of Hajiya Aisha Nagoda, the mother of the Director General, Media and Publicity, Government House, Kano, Aminu Kabir Yassar has been described by governor Abdullahi Ganduje, as a great loss for all.
Commiserating with Yassar and the larger family, he said, “While the information of her death shocked us all, we then surrendered to the Will of Allah that He, Allah, needed His very submissive servant the most.”
“She was indeed a very disciplined mother, whose life, was well spent within the family and beyond, as a turning point to many. Her righteous life moulded many, both within and outside the family,” he commended.
Governor Ganduje expressed that, “her death is a great loss to all of us. Hajiya Aisha Nagoda was a strong pillar, unifier, a gentle woman of rewarding substance and a mother to all.”
“It is therefore on behalf of the government and people of Kano state, I, Abdullahi Umar Ganduje, express our heartfelt pain and at the same time praying for Allah’s forgiveness and blessings to the gentle soul of the deceased.
May her gentle soul rest in perfect peace. May Allah Subhanahu Wata’ala reward her good deeds with Jannatul Fiddaus,” governor Ganduje prayed.
