Nigerian music producer and Marvin record label boss, Micheal Ajereh, popularly known as Don Jazzy has visited his childhood home where he and his family once lived.

In a video shared by one of the record label boss signees, Korede Bello, via his verified Instagram account, the artiste posted showed when they had driven through the beatmaker’s old neighbourhood.

In the video, Don Jazzy pointed to an old building, further revealing where his mum used to sell Akara (Bean cake)

He said in parts; “This is the one, this is where my mum used to sell Akara. But dem don upgrade, dem get kiosk now. This is where they gave birth to Omoba, this particular house.”

Don Jazzy grew up in Umuahia in Abia state, with his family, after which they moved to Ajegunle Lagos.

It could be recalled that the Mavin boss announced the death of his mother in an Instagram post on the 22nd of July, indicating that she died of cancer.

His mother Indian Picolo, a native of Abia state, was laid to rest on Friday, October 7, with a burial ceremony held in Lagos at the Monarch event centre with several prominent Nigerian celebrities in attendance.
