Former Vice President Atiku Abubakar has demanded justice for Sylvester Oromoni and a 12-year-old Secondary School student allegedly assaulted at Dowen College Lagos State.
Sylvester died from internal injuries he sustained after an assault by fellow students.
But the school Principal, Mrs Adebisi Layiwola, denied any form of bullying or attack on the student.

The denial sparked outrage on social media as Nigerians demanded that the perpetrators be arrested.
This led the Lagos State government to shut down the school and investigate the incident.
On Twitter, Atiku urged the authorities to bring the culprits to book.
He wrote, “We shall be failing in our duties as parents/guardians, administrators, security agencies and government if we do not get to the bottom of the case of late Sylvester Oromoni.
“It is beholden upon us to enthrone a safe environment in our schools.#Justiceforsylvester”
