The Department of State Services (DSS) has finally produced Godwin Emefiele, suspended governor of the Central Bank (CBN) in court.

Emefiele has been in detention since President Bola Tinubu suspended him last month.

The secret police had picked him up at his Lagos residence and flew him to Abuja.

However, he was brought before a Federal High Court in Ikoyi, Lagos, on Tuesday morning.

The agency has accused Emefiele of being in illegal possession of arms.
