Police arraign a 36-year-old man in an Ikeja magistrate’s court in Lagos on Tuesday for allegedly defiling his 18-year-old daughter.
The magistrate’s court ordered that the man, Roland Okajare, be remanded in a correctional center for the alleged crime.
The Magistrate, Mrs. E. Kubeinje, who referred the case file to the Lagos State Director of Public Prosecution (DPP), adjourned the case to April 12.
Earlier, the prosecutor, ASP Kehinde Ajayi, told the court that Okajare committed the offense on January 4, in his shop at the Ikotun Bus Stop, Lagos.
