Governor Abba Yusuf of Kano State has instructed all commissioners affected by the recent cabinet shuffle to ensure a smooth handover and assumption of duties before the close of business on Tuesday.

The directive, issued through his spokesperson, Sanusi Bature Dawakin Tofa, emphasized that the changes in the cabinet would take full effect during the state executive council’s next meeting on Wednesday.
“All the commissioners affected by the changes are directed to hand over their responsibilities between Monday, December 16, and Tuesday, December 17, 2024,” the governor stated.
Governor Yusuf also urged members of the state executive council to intensify their efforts and continue fostering teamwork, dedication, and commitment in supporting his administration’s mission to serve the people of Kano State.
