In a recent update, GTBank acknowledged the challenges faced by customers due to technical glitches in the GTWorld Mobile Banking App following a recent update.

Daily News 24 reports that the bank expressed apologies for the inconvenience caused and assured customers that efforts are underway to resolve the issues promptly.

According to GTBank, “We sincerely apologize that we couldn’t deliver the new GTWorld App to you seamlessly as we had communicated.”

The bank further stated that their technical team is working diligently to address the login problems and restore full functionality to the app.

While the issues are being resolved, GTBank advised customers to utilize their Internet Banking platform as an alternative for their online banking needs.

“Customers can log in to Internet Banking using the same user ID and password they use for GTWorld.

“For those without a hardware token, the bank provided a solution”, stating, “Please generate e-tokens for completing transactions on Internet Banking by dialing 7377#.”

GTBank expressed gratitude for customer understanding and continued support. They assured customers of their commitment to assist with any inquiries or complaints. The bank encouraged customers to reach out via their 24 Hours Contact Center and via WhatsApp.

Daily News 24 earlier reported that GTWorld Mobile Banking App users faced log in problems since the bank launched the new mobile application.
