Two members of the Federal Road Safety Commission FRSC, on duty along the Igboukwu – UGA road in Aguata local government area were shot dead by gunmen while on duty.
It was gathered that one other person was injured during the attack.
The motive for the attack was not known, but the commission has confirmed the incident.
