A Chief Magistrates’ Court sitting in Kano had ordered for the remand of Abdulmalik Tanko, and two other accomplices who allegedly killed Hanifa Abubakar, a 5-year-old pupil.

The three accused persons were re-arraigned at the Magistrate Court.

Director of Public Prosecution, Barrister Aisha Mahmoud who appears on behalf of the state applies that the court remands the accused pending when the matter will be continued at a higher court.

“We have filed a five count charge in the high court“, the counsel said.

Magistrate Muhammad Jibrin adjourned to February 9th.
