Hukumar yaki da cin hanci da rashawa ta EFCC a Najeriya ta sake gurfanar da Babban Akantan gwamnatin Najeriya da aka dakatar Ahmed Idris, tare da wasu mutane guda 3 a gaban kotu, inda ake tuhumarsu da almundahanar kudaden da suka kai naira biliyan 109.
Sauran wadanda aka gurfanar a kotun sun hada da Olusegun Akindele da Mohammed Usman da kuma kamfanin Gezawa.
EFCC tace Idris ya karbi sama da naira biliyan 15 a matsayin rashawa domin taimakawa jihohin dake da arzikin mai karbar hakkinsu na kashi 13 da ake basu daga asusun gwamnatin Najeriya.
Hukumar ta kuma ce Idris ya karkata akalar naira biliyan 84 daga asusun gwamnati zuwa amfanin kansa daga watan Fabarairun bara zuwa Nuwamba tare da taimakon Olusegun Akindele.
Tun farko dai EFCC ta gurfanar da wadannan mutane ne a gaban alkali Adeyemi Ajayi dake kula da kotun tarayya lokacin hutu, yayin da yanzu kuma aka mayar da shari’ar a gaban alkali Yusuf Halilu.
Idris da sauran mutanen 3 sun ki amincewa da tuhume tuhume 13 da aka gabatar akansu, yayin da lauyansu ya bukaci a bada su beli kamar yadda alkali Ajayi yayi a baya.
Lauyan EFCC Oluwaleke Atolagbe bai ki amincewa da bukatar ba, yayin da mai shari’a Halilu yace bada wadanda ake zargi suna da hakkin a bada su beli kamar yadda kundin tsarin mulkin kasa ya tanada.
Daga bisani alkalin ya dage sauraron karar zuwa ranar 23 ga watan Nuwamba.
