Herbalist reports teens to police after request to execute money ritual with body parts

After two young boys approached him for a money ritual that would make them millionaires overnight, a concerned herbalist alerted the police.

Daniel Sunday, 19, of Akwa-Ibom State, and Ikponmwosa Ogbebor, 19, of Edo State, were arrested in Oluku, Ovia North-East LGA of the state.

Following a tip-off from a female herbalist they contacted for money rituals, the duo was apprehended by operatives of the Edo State Security Vigilante Network.

The suspects confessed to the charges, according to the network’s State Coordinator, Col. Kole Oshoriamhe Omomia (Rtd).

According to the herbalist, the boys offered to use any part of their bodies to become wealthy without relying on anyone else.
