Nigerian chef Hilda Baci has set a new world record of 100 hours cook-a-thon, making her the new record holder.
The latest Guinness book record holder broke the record of 87 hours, 45 minutes, and 00 seconds set by Chef Lata Tondon in Rewa, India, in 2019.
Hilda was initially scheduled to stop at 4 pm Nigerian Time culminating into her former 96-hour target but stopped at 8pm after an extension of four hours.
Supportive Nigerians at the cook-a-thon competition, taking place at the Amore Gardens, Lekki, saw her through the event which commenced on Thursday, May 11, 2023.
