Popular Kannywood actress, Rahama Sadau, recounts how she spent money she earned from her new movie, ‘Nadeeya’.
In a statement, she said the money was given to her foundation, Ray of Hope, which she in turn gave it to the needy.
“She has donated all the money generated in her newly released movie “Nadeeya”, to this great foundation. We’re so much grateful and pleased for this humanitarian gesture, and all resources channeled legitimately. Thank you, Queen Rahama Sadau. You have been consistently amazing and inspiring with your works,” the statement read.

Nadeeya is a film that was premiered on 18th, February at Film House Kano.
In the movie, she acted like a spoilt child that was pampered by her father, Rabiu Rikadawa.
She did not know how to go about basic house chores, religious rites as a Muslim and house wife.
She later got married to Umar M. Shareef and the drama continued as she could not cook.
