Governor Yusuf subsequently ordered the Directors of Personnel (DPMs) of all the local councils to take charge.

He also thanked the caretaker chairmen for their contributions to the development of their areas and hinted at potential future collaborations.

The caretaker chairmen, in turn, thanked the governor for the opportunity to serve their communities.

However, it is understood that some of the caretaker chairmen had resigned before now to contest for the council seats in the upcoming polls.
