Parents and guardians are encouraged to be involved in their children’s academic success both at school and at home.

Professor Mohammad Bilyaminu, Chairman of the Parent-Teachers Association (PTA) of Sani Yahaya Memorial School, announced the school’s third speech and prize-giving day celebrations.

The Chairman, emphasized the importance of parents being more aware of their responsibilities and complementing teachers’ commitment to the successful upbringing of sound generations.

He emphasized that a tree cannot create a forest; there must be synergy and collective effort on both sides to achieve the set goals.

In his remarks, the school’s board of trustees chairman, Professor MK Atiku, emphasized the importance of Islamic and Western education in building and shaping our children’s horizons against any challenges.

As a result, he urged the government and other stakeholders to take the necessary steps to save education from total collapse, emphasizing that no meaningful development could be achieved without a solid foundation of education from the ground up.

Earlier in his remarks, the school’s Director, Alh. Habibu Sani Yahaya, thanked parents, guardians, and all other stakeholders in the school’s administration for their unwavering commitment, which enabled the school to achieve more academic excellence in the six years of its existence, and expressed hope that the pace would be maintained.
