Alhaji Atiku Abubakar, the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) presidential candidate in the last election, has arrived at the Presidential Election Petition Tribunal to witness proceedings in his petition challenging Bola Ahmed Tinubu and the All Progressives Congress (APC) as election winners.

The former Vice President arrived at the court at 8:30 am to witness his motion on notice for live media coverage.

On Monday and Wednesday, Labour Party (LP) candidate Peter Obi attended court proceedings in his own petition.

According to DAILY POST, PDP leaders, supporters, sympathizers, and business associates accompanied Atiku to court.

Our correspondent also noted that security has been increased to prevent security breaches due to Atiku’s status as a former Vice President of Nigeria.

Atiku’s petition’s pre-hearing session was moved to this morning from 2pm.
