President Biden will be allowed to drive his armored Beast to Westminster Abbey for the Queen’s funeral next week, while other world leaders will have to share a bus.

A historic logistical and diplomatic operation is underway to prepare for the largest gathering of foreign dignitaries on British soil since Sir Winston Churchill’s funeral in 1965.

More than 100 kings, queens, and heads of state are expected to attend the ceremony on Monday. However, the influx of dignitaries is causing the government logistical and diplomatic headaches as officials try to balance the needs of foreign VIPs with the smooth operation of the event.
