If you would like to change your booking time, date, class of service, or route, visit Rano Air website: www.ranoair.com or contact Rano Air customer service as soon as possible. Changes will be made according to the fare rules of the ticket, you may be charged an additional service fee for any ticket changes.
How to request for ticket refund
Ticket refunds are only applicable in the advent of flight cancellation, thus such requests will be handled in line with terms and conditions of the ticket that was purchased. Refunds can be claimed in any of the Rano Air ticketing office.

Tickets are not transferable.
Infant payment information on Rano Air
No, the passenger who is within 0-23 months (under two years of age), so referred to as an infant will purchase a ticket with 10% of normal ticket price.
Which types of identification documents shall be presented during check-in?
For domestic flights, passengers must present a valid identification card or their international passport.
Why do I have to pay a no show fee?
When you miss a flight without informing us in advance, Rano Air loses revenue on the seat(s) that could have been sold to another passenger.

Documents needed to be provided when requesting the unaccompanied children service
To apply for the unaccompanied children service, you will need to provide your passport as well as the travel documents for your child.
You will also need to provide the name(s) and contact detail of the person(s) who are bringing your child to the airport and picking your child up from the destination airport so we can contact them.
Age limit for the unaccompanied children service?
The unaccompanied children service is for children who are above the age of 5 and under the age of 12 that will be traveling without an adult.
