The popular Kannywood and nollywood star, Sani Danja has signed up with one of the leading indigenous manufacturers of foam in Nigeria, Royal Foam, to become its brand ambassador in Kano for the next one year.
Danja was unveiled at the company’s headquarters, located at Sharada Industrial estate in Kano state on Thursday amidst cheers by officials.
Speaking immediately after signing the contract, Deputy Managing Director of the company, Muhammad Jibrin said the company decided to appoint the artist because of his status in the society as an entertainer.
According to Jibrin, Sani Danja is a popular entertainer, artist and a peace ambassador that every company would want to engage him as ambassador to market its products.
“Royal Foam deemed it fit to engage Sani Danja as our brand ambassador because of his status, popularity and a gentleman that loves peace.
“As an entertainer and screen superstar, we know he would market our products everywhere in Nigeria and even beyond” Jibrin stated.
The Deputy MD explained that though the contract is for one year, it would be renewed annually.
He expressed optimism that with Danja as ambassador, the company’s market would become higher soon.
In his remarks, Danja expressed delight for being found worthy of the contract.
According to Danja, Royal Foam is the best foam-product-making company in Nigeria, expressing delight that the firm is indigenous and produces goods locally.
He noted that “everywhere you go, even in music videos and films, you must see beds and mattress. This show you that mattresses are indispensable.
“But, even in the mattress, you know there is best, so the Royal Foam products are the best in this country.
“As an ambassador, I will pass the message to far places. I will justify my contract with Royal Foam.
