The Socio-Economic Rights and Accountability Project (SERAP) has laid allegations of fraud against the Nigerian Communications Satellite Limited.
The rights and accountability group alleged that in 2019, the Nigerian Communications Satellite Limited, Abuja, reportedly spent N250,099,250.00 to buy store items without any document.
Nigerian Communications Satellite Limited is a company under the supervision of the Federal Ministry of Communications.

SERAP in a Tweet on Thursday levelled allegations of tax evasion on the company adding that the money may have been misappropriated.
It alleged that in 2019 the Nigerian Communications Satellite Limited failed to remit N95,641,112.00 of deducted taxes to the appropriate authorities.
“The Nigerian Communications Satellite Limited (NCSL), Abuja in 2019 reportedly spent N250,099,250.00 to buy store items but without any document.
“The Auditor-General is concerned that the money may have been diverted,” SERAP said in the tweet.
