During various operations, troops neutralised 59 terrorists, apprehended 137 suspects (including 88 criminals, ten kidnappers, 20 gunmen, and 19 suspected oil thieves), and successfully rescued 88 kidnapped hostages.

The troops conducted operations against illegal refinery sites and oil theft perpetrators in the Niger Delta region, destroying 69 illegal refinery sites and recovering stolen crude oil and illegal refined products.

The Director of Defence Media Operations, Major General Edward Buba, provided these updates, highlighting the efforts of troops across the country.
