The management of the University of Maiduguri, UNIMAID, has announced Wednesday, October 26, for the resumption of academic activities.

The is contained in a circular signed by the Director, Senate and Academic Matters, Filibus Yamta-Mshelia on Tuesday in Maiduguri.

He said the Senate of the University approved the resumption date at a special meeting held on Tuesday, October 18, and approved Monday, October 26, for the commencement of academic activities.

He, therefore, urged the students to resume on the scheduled date as academic activities including tests and general studies would commence in full swing while the examination is to start from November 7, 2022.

“We wish all our students’ a safe return to the University and successful completion of the Second Semester 2020/2021 Academic Session,” he said.
