Brighton boss Roberto De Zerbi has issued a stern warning to Arsenal ahead of the Premier League clash next weekend.
The manager wants Mikel Arteta’s side to keep in mind that they will see “true Brighton” following their shocking 5-1 home defeat to Everton on Monday night.
Everton turned on a new look on Monday night to thrash Brighton, one of the best teams in the Premier League this season, 5-1 in front of their home supporters.
The Toffees, who started the game in the relegation zone, were 3-0 up at halftime and also won the second half against a Brighton side challenging for Europe.
De Zerbi has vowed his team will bounce back and face Premier League title contenders, Arsenal, squarely next weekend.
The Seagulls will travel to north London on Sunday, hoping to dent Arsenal’s title hopes.
“I spoke with the players as I do after every game. I think on Sunday we will show our quality, we will get back to our style, and you will see the true Brighton,” he said.
