A group under the auspices of the Yoruba Welfare Group (YWG) has commiserated with the Arewa Consultative Forum (ACF) over the death of the Head of Administration, Alhaji Mohammed Sani Soba, who slumped and died in the office.
Receiving the group, the Secretary-general of the Forum, Alhaji Murtala Aliyu, thanked the Yoruba welfare group for associating with them in their hours of grieve.
He said this is expected of all socio-cultural groups in Nigeria instead of being antagonistic to each other.

Speaking on the deceased, he described him as a dedicated and committed administrator who was once a permanent secretary in Kaduna State and a clerk of the Statehouse of assembly.
Alhaji Aliyu, who is also the Matawalle Gombe, noted the death of late Soba grieved all at the secretariat of ACF. He held sway as an administrative head until his death.
Responding, the National President of the Yoruba Welfare group( YWG), Comrade Adegoke Alawuje, condoled ACF over the irreparable loss.
Speaking on the late Soba, the YWG national President described him as a gentleman to the core who was dedicated to his duty, and this was proven because he slumped and died at his duty post.
He used the opportunity to call on all socio-cultural groups in the country to be United in the quest to find a solution to the country’s problem.
He appealed to politicians and other stakeholders to co-operate with the Government in its fight to lead out of the insecurity bedevilling the Country.
