The Kaduna State Governor, Nasir Ahmad El-Rufai has declared the National President of Nigeria Labour Congress NLC, Comrade Ayuba Wabba wanted for an alleged economic sabotage and attacks on public infrastructure.
The Governor in a tweet said: “Anyone that knows where he is hiding should send a message to the state Ministry of Justice.
