Gunmen have kidnapped some students of Girls Secondary School, Jangebe, Talata Mafara local government area of Zamfara State.
The incident occurred in the early hours of Friday.
Confirming the incidents, the state commissioner for information, Hon. Suleiman Tunau Anka said the gunmen stormed the school around early hours of Friday morning and abducted the students
He says the number of abducted students is yet to be known.
When contacted, SP Muhammad Shehu, Police Public Relations Officer in Zamfara, said he could not react.
