President Muhammadu Buhari has arrived in Maiduguri, Borno State capital, on a one-day working visit on Thursday.
According to Daily Trust the president, whose aircraft landed at the Maiduguri International airport at 110:10 a.m. is accompanied by top officials of his government.
The Governor of Borno, Babagana Zulum, was on the round to receive the visitors alongside all the security service chiefs, who arrived in the city on Thursday
President Buhari is expected to visit the Shehu’s Palace to sympathize twtheh the traders of Maiduguri markets Monday inferno in Borno State on a one-day visit.
He will be commissioning some projects including 24 units of BabaganaZulum housing and Cancer Centre at the University of Maiduguri Teaching Hospital.
President Buhari to inaugurate Maiduguri Emergency Gas Power Plant and some road networks within Maiduguri.
